Presstek announced positive industry interest in its DI press offerings at Drupa.
Xerox took 72 orders for the PAX-DI when it made its offset debut, including one in the UK, although it would not reveal who has ordered it.
Developed by Presstek and Adast the PAX-DI was one of several DI presses, which attracted orders at Drupa. Heidelberg exceeded its target of 55 Quickmaster DI Plus presses.
Presstek also took 40 orders for its Dimension platesetter, which was launched at the show.
