The Korean firm’s direct-to-fabric machine has a print width of 3.3m, disperse dye and speeds of up to 200sqm/hr. It sold the three printers, at a cost of €180,000 each, to customers from Finland, South Africa and Australia.

Worldwide business manager Andrea Negretti said: “The reaction to the Teleios Grande G5 has been very good, people have been really impressed. It is a complete fabric printer for mass production and compared to the competition it’s cheaper, smaller and more flexible.”

D.gen is exhibiting in Hall A1, Stand 250. It is also showing its Artrix GTII printer, which is suitable for woven and nonwoven fabrics with pigment inks, and the Papyrus Black, the firm’s first paper transfer printer.

“We’ve made over half a million euros worth of deals so far at the show and will finalise more. I’ve got a lot of meetings lined up for today and customers are coming back. Fespa has definitely met our expectations so far,” said Negretti.
