Datagraphic secures place on G-Cloud 14 government framework

The G-Cloud 14 framework offers public sector bodies a simplified route to procure high-quality, pre-vetted services

Digital mailing specialist Datagraphic has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 14 (lot 2) UK government framework, meaning its document automation and digital communication tools are readily accessible to public sector buyers.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, it helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9bn.

The G-Cloud 14 framework offers public sector bodies a simplified route to procure high-quality, pre-vetted services, supporting more efficient and reliable operations without lengthy procurement cycles – offering the best value for taxpayers.

Through Lot 2 of the framework, public sector teams can benefit from faster, secure procurement of Datagraphic’s cloud-based Aceni multichannel communication platform and Epay online payslips portal to automate and digitally transform their document production, distribution, and response-handling processes.

Chesterfield-headquartered Datagraphic said this would improve the speed, accuracy, and compliance of delivering essential regulatory and time-critical customer and employee communications.

Gemma Tappenden, public sector solutions specialist at Datagraphic, said: “Given the high cost of postage today and the growing need for digital-first communications, we’re delighted to be listed on the G-Cloud 14 framework to make it easier than ever for organisations to purchase our solutions that deliver on those requirements.

“Our commitment to helping clients improve communication workflows, cut postage and administrative costs, and focus on essential service delivery aligns perfectly with the framework’s goals to drive value and efficiency across the public sector.”

With Aceni and Epay, Datagraphic said teams can ensure their communications are compliant, accessible, and delivered reliably digitally by email, text or held on a portal or via physical mail printed and sent by post from Datagraphic’s 3,700sqm secure UK production centre in Rugby, which handles all outbound production.

In June, the company became a Certified B Corporation (B Corp) while it has also recently invested over £2m in Canon’s ColorStream 8133 and VarioPrint iX3200 inkjet printers to accelerate its next phase of growth.

Datagraphic also operates Riso envelope overprinting kit, a Morgan 904 colour web press, specialist mailing equipment from Bowe, Kern and Neopost (now Quadient), and a wide range of finishing kit from Morgana, KAS, Polar, Kern and more.

It works with the public sector, financial services businesses and larger enterprises, and employs more than 100 people across both sites.
