It is Danwood's second buy north of the border after acquiring Paragon Systems in April. It brings the total Scottish spree to 10m.
Aberdeen-based Grampian Business Products supplies Ricoh Aficio digital printers and software. Divisional director Gerry Mulvaney said Danwood would buy two more Scottish firms by late 2006, upping group turnover by 25m to 110m.
The two Scotland firms add 70 staff to Lincoln-based Danwood's 700 and will be renamed Danwood Scotland.
