Crozier strikes deal to buy BAS

BAS Printers has been bought out of administration after a deal was concluded with administrator Middleton Partners.

The Wiltshire-based fine art printer was put into administration on 23 December with eight jobs being lost after a winding-up order was threatened by Robert Horne for the recovery of a 20,000 debt.

Administrator Sandy Arthur said a deal had been done for a sale of the business, to a team headed by existing owner Ben Crozier.

Crozier originally took a stake in the firm in May 2003. See earlier story here.
