CreoScitex has launched a Consulting Services Group that will help customers to implement best practice in their pre-press and printing operations.
Initially operating in the US out of Chicago, the company plans to bring the service to Europe at a later date.
The team has experience across sheetfed, web and packaging print and pre-press and will offer assistance to companies looking to move to hi-fi colour printing and stochastic screening in the press hall and in pre-press through the use of colour management.
It will initially be aimed at larger printers as a bespoke package.
The exact timing of the roll-out in Europe will depend on its uptake in the US and on prevailing economic conditions.
