The Bradford-based group, which was commended in this year's Printweek POP printer of the year category, installed the machine at the end of last month in a bid to increase capacity and attract new business.
The flatbed HP Scitex FB7500 can print at speeds up to 500sqm an hour and on substrates up to 3.2 x 1.65m wide and on thicknesses up to 25mm.
Creative's new machine complements an existing print setup that includes an Inca Spyder, Inca Eagle and a HP DesignJet 5500.
John Charman, managing director at Creative Digital Images, said the £3.5m-turnover business analysed several options on the market before HP approached the firm with "a very good package".
He added: "The Scitex FB7500 is much quicker than the other flatbeds we run so it will enable us to respond the market demands faster than before.
"Further to this it gives the company the opportunity to grow the business due to the increased digital print capacity the machine will offer."
