Maureen Hawkins resigned as finance director and company secretary on 15 November. Her contract has a six-month notice period. She joined the firm last year after the departure of previous incumbent Geoff Gibbons (PrintWeek, 6 April 2001).
Meanwhile, John Wheatley will take up the role of non-executive chairman from 1 December.
