The two-year deal, which covers the UK, including three plants in Scotland, includes the collection, recycling and disposal of waste such as litho plates and chemicals.
The work in Scotland will make use of J&G's new waste transfer station in Springkerse Industrial Estate in Stirling.
The company claims it can recycle more than 90% of wasted collected and currently serves around 1500 printers and newspaper publishers in the UK.
