The deal comes five months after it secured another major deal, a five-year, 15m print and stationery contract to supply nine of the 15 NHS Trusts in Wales (PrintWeek, 14 February). Thomas Potts decided to focus on print management last year and sold its manufacturing operations.
The new contract has enabled the client to outsource its print centre, including the transfer of equipment and key personnel to a third-party transactional mailing house.
CCS Potts operates from a 4,000m2 logistics hub in Cardiff, and has sales and support offices in Nottingham and London.
