CCS Potts, the Cardiff arm of Thomas Potts, has won a three-year, 2.25m print management contract to supply business stationery and consumables to ITNETs national print centre in Birmingham.
CCS has established an on-site print management centre at ITNET, an IT and e-services supplier, to provide helpdesk and technical advisory services to the firm and its clients. CCS business development manager Nigel Short is providing a full-time consultancy service.
ITNET print centre manager Jim Collins said: CCS demonstrated that they had listened to our expectations and provided a solution
that was both innovative and flexible to our requirements.
Thomas Potts bought CCS from its administrator for 1.6m in January (PrintWeek, 26 January).
