Canon has introduced the imageRunner brand to the UK, under which the Heidelberg Digimaster will be eventually sold.
The two imageRunners are the first offering of the digital multifunction system, said Canon. The high-speed systems are for medium to large offices.
The iR5000 has an A3 print speed of 30 pages a minute with 50 at A4. It costs 14,390 for copying only and 16,720 for copying and printing.
The iR6000 fires out 60 A4 pages a minute, 30 A3s and costs 16,910 and 19,240 for copying and printing modes.
They have 1,200x600dpi resolution and a 5.1GB image server.
Satch Hattori, senior product manager for office imaging products, said: imageRunner complements Canons ideology of imaging across networks.
