Packaging Innovations London 2011, which takes place on 6 and 7 October, will feature a design village aiming to help brand owners to meet creatives, a luxury packaging area for the sourcing of high-end materials, a print-for-packaging area to find innovations in print solutions, and a place to find a professional outsourcing partner for contract packing and contract manufacturing.
Neil Whipp, general manager at BPIF Cartons, said: "It’s the only London show which looks at the carton market – so when we had the chance to get involved we jumped at it. BPIF Cartons is emphasising its role as the voice of the UK carton industry.
"We will be taking a stand at the exhibition and promoting the merits of the exhibition to our members. We will also be encouraging our members to put themselves forward as speakers."
EasyFairs announced in June that it was to put packaging print in the spotlight at the new trade show Print Innovations, which will target the end users and buyers of print products.
Print Innovations, which takes place from 29 February to 1 March 2012, will run alongside the Packaging Innovations, Ecopack, Packtech and Contract Pack shows at Birmingham's NEC.
