Blue Printing Company gains environmental double

General printer Blue Printing Company has become ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accredited following an increase in customer demand for the certifications.

Managing director Paul Mursell said that as the business is already FSC and PEFC accredited, the new certifications mean it will be able to tender for more contracts.

He said: "We had to get the accreditations because our clients are blue chip and they were increasingly demanding it."

The east London-based company's turnover is £6.5m and it works in the small offset, digital, direct mail, B1 litho and financial markets.

Mursell said: "My plans for the remainder of the year are to steadily grow turnover and profit, but mostly to continue to run a tight ship."
