The firm has touted the product’s string of green benefits. The envelopes are made from recycled or environmentally certified paper; use biodegradable window film and adhesives, and water- or vegetable-based inks; and are transported via ecologically conscious means.
Bespoke manufactures the range using a selection of alternative substrates, including post-consumer recycled grades, and stocks that carry accreditations such as FSC, PEFC and the EU flower.
Managing director Nigel Harper said: “The humble envelope performs a very important task – which can be even more important when it has a message printed on the outside – yet it is almost 100% certain to end up in the bin once opened.
