Martin Bateman, formerly commercial director of Pelican Print in Aylesbury, has joined the commercial department, while Henry Boyce and Jason Weston have both taken on positions in the group's customer services department.
Tyrone Spence, managing director of BCQ Group, said: "Quality customer service is one of those terms that is used so often and claimed by so many that it is almost meaningless, yet clients do look for specific features when assessing the quality of your services.
"Start with the end in mind, assess what your clients need from you and how you can deliver this efficiently and cost effectively, and you will ensure that your client service is gold class".
Earlier this year, BCQ Group appointed Richard Good as managing director who aims to grow the business by 30% in the next two years.
Good, who only joined the group last year as finance director, is charged with leading the business into a new period of "growth and development".
