Good, who only joined the group last year as finance director, is charged with leading the business into a new period of "growth and development".
As a result, BCQ's current managing directors Richard Knowles and Tyrone Spence move into the positions of chairman and chief executive respectively.
Commenting on his appointment, Good said: "I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead an already strong brand with a diverse offering into a new period of growth and development."
