The Chipping Sodbury-based company has posted a £1m sales growth since launching an initial web-to-print service 10 years ago to reach a £1.5m turnover.
Online ordering, which amounts to 90% of the firm's output, is also behind the 18-year-old printer's decision to launch an envelope printing division for DL-, C4- and C5-sized work.
Tony Edmonds, managing director at 21-staff Azimuth, told printweek.com that "as a printer, it's important to broaden your offering and stay competitive".
"If you stay static then you're dead," he added.
The firm specified the new Speedmaster SM 52-5 with high pile delivery to handle 300gsm work, which includes folders, business cards and flyers.
The FSC-certified printer has also invested in a Suspension envelope feeder to complete jobs printed for its new mailing section.
