Art Systems launches Chain of Custody scheme for resellers

Art Systems has launched an initiative for resellers to promote certified Chain of Custody products from its Xativa Sustain range.

The 'Don’t Break the Chain of Custody' programme has been launched for resellers that don't have the certification for large-format media.

Marketing manager John Draycott said: "Many resellers don't have the resources or time to pursue certification themselves, but it's important to business. All they have to do is sign up with us."

Art Systems gained certification two years ago and its Xativa Sustain range includes more than 200 products.

"This will enable resellers without chain-of-custody certification for large-format media to promote certified chain-of-custody products from the range," Draycott added.

"We wanted a way for our resellers to legitimately promote Chain of Custody certification on Xativa Sustain products."

Managing director Steve Hawker said: "The programme is simple. There are rules on using the logo and labels that must be adhered to. We will help resellers in their use."

The new programme, which is free for resellers, goes live from the 1 September. It will initially target 130 core resellers, but will be eventually expanded to about 2,000.
