The lightweight foam board has a polyurethane foam core and bright white paper surfaces and will form part of Antalis McNaughton's foam centred products range.
It is suitable for both screen and digital printing and Antalis McNaughton expects to sell the substrate into copy shops, retail POS printers and exhibition graphics companies.
According to Antalis McNaughton, the substrate is aimed at advertising signs and large format printing, POS and POP display applications and modelling and presentation mounting as it offers "excellent flatness and dimensional stability".
A spokeswoman for the company said: "The KAPA brand of products has always had a quality reputation and the demands placed upon producers of POS material means that they are looking for products with a bright white appearance."
It is available in a variety of callipers and sheets per box.
