Holmen Paper president Goran Lundin is to step down and will be replaced by Magnus Hall, currently marketing director, with effect from 1 June.
Lundin becomes executive vice president at Holmen AB, where he will take on special projects on behalf of group president and chief executive Per Ericson.
At the same time Holmen Kraft will become a separate business area, with Ake Eklof as president.
The announcements follow the news that Holmen Paper chief financial officer Lennart Svensson will leave the company in June (PrintWeek, 2 March).
Holmens senior vice president and head of group human resources, Ingalill Landfors, retired on 28 February.
