The campaign agency will produce direct mail for millions of employers affected by new legislation aimed at safeguarding children and vulnerable adults at work.
The company was awarded the deal in a three-way pitch managed by the Central Office of Information (COI).
Claydon Heeley has produced work in the past for clients such as Polydor, Dunlop, Universal, Sony and Bupa.
Pervious contracts have included organising direct mail campaigns, press inserts and email bulletins.
Claydon Heeley business director Simon Smith said the firm was "incredibly honoured to be selected to communicate this important message", saying "this is marketing that truly matters".
ISA head of communications Simon Morrison said: "It is, therefore, hugely important that employers are aware of the scheme and how it affects them."
