Four companies from the CSM Group have been placed into administration with RSM Robson Rhodes, which is looking to sell them as a going concern.
RSM Robson Rhodes joint administrator Simon Bower said directors of CSM Group, CSM Digital, CSM Sheet-fed and Finishing Touch (London) sought the administrators services after suffering from a downturn in advertising-related business.
Associated company Ovenden Colbert Printers, which operates from the same Park Royal site, is unaffected.
Bower said the companies would continue to trade. "Were talking to Ovenden Colbert about buying the business, but would like to talk to anyone whos interested."
In the year to 30 April 2000 the CSM Group recorded a combined turnover of 22m with a pre-tax profit of 847,133.
"We are working closely with Ovenden Colbert, which is assisting us with on-going trading to fulfill customer orders and minimise disruption," said Bower.
