The deal will cover all of BAA's print requirements including leaflets, forms, point of sale and direct mail. The tender process began last year and TripleArc saw off competition from four other "large" print management firms, although both it and BAA declined to name the other companies involved.
"The decision was based on price, technical systems and cultural fit. We felt that Access Plus did this best and we will now be able to use their expertise in sourcing different suppliers," said a BAA spokeswoman.
BAA had been using a total of nine print suppliers prior to the deal.
"Technology played a major part in winning the contract particularly services such as editing PDF files online. This year is shaping up to be a watershed year for TripleArc and Access Plus," said TripleArc chief executive Jason Cromack.
Access Plus recently won a three-year, 4.5m contract with BMI Healthcare to cover all its print.
