The Hereford-based company launched a digital facility in late 2009 with the purchase of a Konica Minolta bizhub Pro 6501e.
It added Duplo's slitter-cutter-creaser earlier this month in order to keep work in-house.
Managing director Mike Greene said: "We can now be quick, reactive and flexible in our service. We wanted the workflow from pre-press to finishing to be seamless and I wanted a machine that did not require a skilled bindery specialist to be relied upon to operate."
The DC-645 is a multi-finishing device from Duplo that enables cutting, slitting, creasing and perforating functions in one single-sheet pass.
ABC Print, which employs around 27 staff, was established in 1997.
As well as its digital facility, the company still has a heavy litho presence with several Heidelberg Anicolor presses on site.
