"Recognition also has to go to our customers and suppliers who have supported us during this time and hopefully for another 20 years to come."

The Kettering, Northants-based business, which also reached the second anniversary of its MBO earlier this month, was originally founded as trade DM house Hobs, before changing its name to 4DM in 1997.
