Sam, who had been homeless, was the first young person to join the 12-week volunteer programme at the Cheltenham social enterprise. He was such a success he gained a full-time post and in October his achievements resulted in him being awarded PrintWeek Trainee of the Year.

Because I was inspired by the opportunity at We Do Print and mentoring through the team

Rally driver

A Heidelberg press (or any other big beefy press!)

Don’t really listen to albums but my favourite music is grime

Working in a chicken factory
