This is the first UK showing for KBA’s ‘value-engineered’ B2 machine, which is made at Czech subsidiary Grafitec. Available in configurations from two- to eight-colours, perfecting is also available as an option, as is a coating unit that features the same chamber blade and exchangeable Anilox roller combination as KBA’s high-end large-format machines. The model being shown at Ipex will be a five-colour with coater, and at the NEC we should learn of some updates that have been made to the press since it was launched.
