Snap Print Management was launched just three years ago by managing director, Sarah Wiles. Then known as Snap Marketing Solutions, the company began life as a kitchen table start-up, quickly expanding to become an established and award-winning print management company.

Where are you based?

Snap Print Management is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire but we have a serviced office in London, Kings Cross. The account managers use this on a regular basis when visiting clients

How many staff do you have?

Eight and soon to be nine – we are recruiting for another account manager

What does your firm do? 

We specialise in direct mail, the production of printed materials and postage. As a team we have over 150 years’ experience in the industry, which is something our clients
really value

What’s your typical customer?

We are particularly well known across the charity, financial, travel, leisure and retail sectors and work closely with marketing managers and individual giving officers

Which geographic areas do you serve?

Our clients come from far and wide but the bulk are in London

What’s your company’s motto or mission statement?

Always give people more than they expect to get. This wouldn’t be possible without great employees, without them you can never have great customer service

Where do you see your business in five years’ time?

Good question. If we continue expanding at the rate we have in the past three years... Well, let’s just say there are some exciting times on the horizon
