The Bradford-based recycling and disposal company will collect the printer's litho plates, chemicals and containers, ink tins and cartridges.
Mick Ewles, Warners commercial manager, said: "Effective waste management and recycling is important to us in our drive to minimise environmental impact.
Warners was established in 1926 and prints magazines, brochures and catalogues.
Its environmental achievements to date include a 22% reduction in energy use.
It has also eliminated the use of the solvent laden IPA (alcohol) on printing presses, and has reduced its landfill waste from 30 tonnes per week 10 years ago to less than six tonnes every six weeks.
It aims to achieve zero waste to landfill within the next 18 months.
