Verseidag-Indutex buys 3P InkJet

German substrate specialists Verseidag-Indutex and 3P InkJet Textiles and have merged.

In a deal described as a ‘friendly takeover’ Verseidag-Indutex acquired 100% of the shares in 3P Inkjet Textiles on 1 May.

The merger has been officially announced to the market at Fespa.

The 3P business will be combined with Verseidag-Indutex’s Seemee business unit, although the 3P brand will be retained.
3P chairman Thomas Pötz said: "We will be able to react flexibly and speedily together to the rapid rate of change in the digital printing sector."

Verseidag-Indutex is exhibiting on stand A4/B50, while 3P InkJet Textiles is at A1/B48.
