Eckart’s Jetfluid, a metallic solvent inkjet ink, is being shown printing on a Mimaki JV3 on the INX stand (B1/360) and samples are available to take away.
A UV-cured version will be launched next year.
The printer will be driven with an Onyx RIP and the metallic separation is being produced using Color-Logic’s Process Metallic colour system to enable thousands of metallic colours to be produced by printing CMYK tints on top of the silver base.

Eine UV-härtende Version wird im nächsten Jahr vorgestellt.
Der Drucker wird mit einem Onyx RIP gesteuert. Die Metallic-Separation wird mit dem Process Metallic-Farbsystem von Color-Logic erstellt, mit dem tausende Metallic-Farben durch Drucken von CMYK-Farben auf die silberne Basisfarbe produziert werden können.
