The six-staff commercial printer was founded in May last year but has doubled its sales in the 12 months from October 2009 to October 2010.
Running a five-colour Komori L528 printing press, the company serves a broad spectrum of clients including building firms, health clubs and many local businesses.
During the last year, Ultimate Print has also tied with training provide Learn2print, which specialises in in-house training courses.
Two members of staff, pre-press operator Chris Randall and litho print minder Chris Andrews have both just achieved Level 2 NVQ and signed for Level 3, as a result.
Clive Fidler, director at Ultimate Print, said the company has been able to "buck the trend" by adopting a hands-on approach with customers and maintaining a loyal client base.
"Learn2print have been a fantastic help and investing our efforts into training has definitely helped the business grow. Where we are now as a company is ideal so we want to maintain that going forward," he said.
