TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk preps for PrintWeekLive! after awards-laden year

TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk is looking forward to its return to PrintWeekLive! after an “excellent experience” prospecting for clients last year.

When the Belfast-based trade website sets up stall at the Wasps Arena, Coventry, on 7 March, it will be on a mission to get across the turnaround speeds and high quality of its work, which helped parent company Northside Graphics win SME of the Year at the PrintWeek Awards in October last year.

Managing director Gary White said the business enjoyed steady growth over 2017 and that he expected it to double in size over the course of 2018.

“Our main selling point is that we are customer-focused, not production-focused,” he said. “We offer a range of substrates, printed on our HP Indigo digital machines, and we treat each job individually, allowing our customers to meet the specific needs of their customers.

“Last year, we focused on promoting a discount for first-time customers, but people were more interested in assurances of quality and turnaround time, so we will be focused on increasing brand awareness around that this year.

“We were persuaded by the PrintWeek team to join the event last year, but after our experience of high attendance, quality contacts and excellent speakers, we didn't need any persuading to return. Also, we will not be exhibiting at any other UK shows this year – we are happy to put all our eggs in this basket.”

TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk is a subsidiary of Northside Graphics, alongside digitalprinting.co.uk, and both websites are managed by a team of five customer-facing staff. Northside celebrated an awards sweep at the end of last year, including its success at the PrintWeek Awards and a gong for Best Online Company at the UTV Business Eye Awards.

Its turnover stands at £4.5m and, with international expansion on the cards, White said the aim is to be turning over another £1m by the end of 2018.

TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk will be found at stand D62 during the show on 7/8 March. To register for the event, visit printweeklive.com.
