Buckingham, who joins TPF from Kent-based direct mail specialist Orbital Marketing Services, said: “I’ve followed the rapid growth of TPF from the outside for some time and I’ve always been an admirer.”
TPF chief executive Steve Brundle said: “Mark’s brief will be to build on TPF Direct’s phenomenal first three years and help fulfil its potential to be one of the giants of the DM and transactional sector.”
Buckingham previously held senior management roles at Formpro and Vertis.
