TPF was unable to reveal the contract’s exact value, but business development director Dean Smith admitted that it was a “multi-million-pound” deal.
He said: “This is a global BPO account, not just a UK deal, and there are not many out there who can truly say they’ve got global accounts.”
TPF will manage the account, which includes all of Travelport’s worldwide print production, from both its UK and US offices.
TPF Group chief executive Steve Brundle said he was “thrilled” with the account win. He added: “TPF’s experience in working with other world-class brands was a big factor in securing the deal.”
