The Leicestershire-based wide-format distributor will be demonstrating Roland DG’s VersaUV LEC series in a choice of ink configurations aimed at the packaging prototype and short-run label production markets.
The VersaUV LEC series, which starts at £38,999, can print CMYK plus white and varnish onto almost all substrates up to 1mm thick. No separate procedure or equipment is required for cutting as Roland DG’s devices incorporate both print and precision contour cutting within the machine.
Revolution Transfers is offering Roland's 760mm and 1,370mm width UV-curable of eco-solvent based print-and-cut devices, together with the Colorgate RIP and 3M substrates.
The company said: "Pairing Roland’s inkjet print-and-cut unit with 3M’s optimised media enables users to deliver small-lot labels, decals, stickers and commercial and industrial labels quickly and effortlessly."
The company will also be showcasing Roland’s desktop VersaStudio BN-20, which is the manufacturer’s new eco-solvent label solution priced at £5,499. It is also aimed at the short-run label market.
