The session, which takes place at 2pm, Wednesday 29 September, puts Precision Colour Print's Nick Denning and Eclipse Colour Print's Warren Brew in the hot seat to explain the practicalities of installing and running these systems, the benefits they bring and pitfalls to avoid.
Then on 7 October at 11am we look at customer insight with BCQ's Tyrone Spence and ESP Colour's Anthony Thirlby who will reveal what they do to get closer to their clients, and settle on five things it is essential to know about each and every customer.
On 13 October, we have a face-to-face interview with APP's Aida Greenbury, director, sustainability and stakeholder engagement, in an international event that will be taking live questions from around the world.
