That's two years in a row for the "outstanding" Screaming Colour, which impressed with end-to-end quality that was "of the highest standard". This was epitomised in all four of the London-based digital printer's work samples, which demonstrated a "consistently high standard, with great imagery and fantastic in-house finishing that really accentuates the quality of the brochures". The judges were particularly impressed with the quality of finishing on The Land that Time Forgot marketing book for 3 Fish in a Tree, the design agency for the property developers behind Brindleyplace, The Mailbox, Fort Dunlop and The Cube, Birmingham's latest retail, housing and business developments. Screaming Colour produced just 12 copies of the 86pp book, printing the text pages on 200gsm Symbol Freelife Satin and the white-foiled cloth covers using Black Colorado Main over 2mm board. The book featured a high degree of finishing, including white foil-blocking on the cover and spine, perfect-bound inside pages and a sleek-looking dust jacket.

Beacon Press's work on Baillie Gifford's Brand Guidelines was nothing short of "stunning", winning it a well-deserved commendation. Although the document would traditionally have been produced lithographically, the quality achieved by Pureprint digitally was of such a high standard that the client, Marque Creative, opted for the digital production method. Pureprint delivered to expectations, producing an excellent example of high-quality print.
