Printpak rolls back prices in 20th anniversary promo

Print management information system (MIS) developer Printpak has announced an extension of its 20th anniversary price promotion as an exclusive offer to PrintWeek readers.

The London- and Mumbai-based software developer launched its birthday pricing offer at Ipex, enabling visitors to purchase its latest system for 1990 prices.

In 1990, the company charged £995 for its first system, which was built around the Psion Organiser, linked to a PC. By comparison, the starting price for a full single-user system of the latest version of its PrintSum and Printpak software is £3,500.

There is also a compulsory annual maintenance licence fee of £583.15.

Printpak managing director Norman Marks said that, while the offer was due to expire at 5.30pm this Friday (28 May), the company would extend it for a "limited time" for PrintWeek readers.
