A handful of employees remain at the factory to help wind-down the business. KPMG now plans to sell the company's assets, which include a new six-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster XL105 with double-coater, along with 10- and 12-colour long perfecting Speedmasters fitted with CutStars.
Pindar's confidential print operation, based in Scarborough, and its Agility software wing continue to trade in administration. A spokeswoman for KPMG said it was "liaising with interested parties" for those businesses.
Pindar's Aylesbury cartography operation was sold to Halstan just over a week ago. The web offset business was acquired by York Mailing immediately after Pindar went into administration on 26 July.
