The Welsh printer, which prints more than 320 titles, will also be offering tips on improving efficiency and boosting environmental credentials.
Chief executive Tony Jones said: "The invitation is very much open to all to come along to see how we can help save you money and emerge stronger following the recession."
As well as offering print buying advice, the company will be showcasing its online publishing platform, launched in June last year.
Jones had previously described this service as "turkeys voting for Christmas", but said online editions were able to "add value to the printed product" and "may push print rather than hinder it".
This year's Publishing Expo is being held on 11 and 12 February at London Olympia 2.
