Using its 'yoyo' service, PaperlinX will remove a customer's waste paper, at the same time as delivering new stock.
According to the merchant, the service can help reduce an organisation's impact on the environment by cutting their carbon footprint, as well as saving a business money.
Yoyo paper, which includes both virgin and 100% recycled ranges, is supplied to a business at the same time that their print waste and other waste paper is collected.
The waste paper is then passed on to one of the company's partner paper recycling plants, where it is used to make yoyo full circle – a 100% recycled paper.
Tim Forster, director of office papers at PaperlinX, said: "Environmental scrutiny is affecting every business. The yoyo service is a tangible and effective way to help our business paper customers reduce their environmental impact by diverting waste away from landfill.
"Through the backfilling of our delivery vehicles, the carbon footprint of paper transportation is also significantly reduced."
PaperlinX's three operating companies in the UK, Howard Smith Paper, Robert Horne and PaperCo, will be introducing yoyo to their business paper customers in the coming weeks.
Initial trials of the service in the UK have taken place over the last six months with a number of customers already signing up, the company said.
