The new series of workshops, which have been running since September 2014, and are aimed at printers wanting to investigate new applications, will take place in Leeds on 8 and 9 September, Norwich on 16 and 17 September and Dartford on 7 and 8 October.
They will led by experienced signmaker and author Paul Hughes, known for his Signmaker’s workshops at Sign & Digital UK.
Antalis said the workshops are an ideal learning environment for experienced printers looking to break into the sign and display market for the first time, as well as for new employees.
Attendees will gain experience of applying a range of Antalis vinyls and will learn which materials and techniques best suit certain applications.
There will also be an opportunity to attend the 'Frame what you Print' workshop at Antalis’ Norwich branch in September, which the firm said is ideal for printers looking for new ways of selling printed output.
Antalis digital support manager Giles Bristow said: “With the help of experienced professionals our educational workshops are designed to give delegates real hands-on experience, take-away examples and a thorough understanding of each area."
The Antalis workshops normally take place at the company’s Digital Academy, based at its headquarters in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Since April, the company has added a series of Regional Digital Academy Workshops across the UK, the first of which took place in Exeter.
Bristow said the workshops had been "hugely successful" since they went on tour and more than 350 people have attended so far. Other subjects include colour management, framing and fine art, and vehicle wrapping.
Places cost £75. For more information or to book, visit www.digital2business.co.uk/digital-academy or email digital.academy@antalis.co.uk.
