The company has provided more than 30 bizhub colour multifunctional printers (MFPs) and monochrome production printing systems.
These have catered for the printing, copying, scanning and faxing needs of participants at the event.
Olaf Lorenz, Konica general manager, international marketing division, said: "We have already made major progress in developing eco-friendly devices with low-energy consumption.
"However, we will continue to be ahead of the print market's environmentally sound developments."
Konica Minolta has several programmes to minimise its impact on the global environment, such as its Zero Waste initiative.
Its MFPs are qualified for the Energy Star rating and Konica said they used around half the power of standard devices.
One of the company's main objectives is to reduce its CO2 emissions by 20% by 2015 compared with 2005 figures.
The 15th United Nations Climate Change Conference is taking place in Copenhagen until 18 December.
