Konica Minolta launched Nassenger VII textile press

Konica Minolta launched the Nassenger VII, a high-speed inkjet textile printer equipped with new, high-performance inkjet printheads.

The printer has just gone on sale in Europe and was showcased at Fespa Digital 2009. It can be used for jobs including printing fabrics used to make curtains and bed linen.

It features 512-nozzle high-speed drive inkjet printheads to deliver a maximum print speed of 210sqm per hour, which makes it more than three times faster than its predecessor, then Nassenger V, and one of the fastest inkjet textile printers in the world. It is capable of printing on a maximum fabric width of 1,850 mm.

To secure high productivity, the new printer is equipped with a high-capacity ink tank that can hold 10 litres of each colour ink. The inline degassing unit incorporated in the ink supply system ensures greater stability during long hours of operation.
