Among the many products on stand, Renz is showing the AP 360 Block-to-Block device, which can be linked to an automatic binding line such as the ABL 500. The machine is a high-speed floor-standing punching system where book blocks are dropped on to the infeed, punched and re-collated ready for binding. Another new addition is the DBW/KL 500. The automatic cover turner automatically flips the back cover after the binding process and spins every second book 180 degrees for stacking. It can also be linked to shrinkwrap tunnels or other boxing equipment.

The CreaseStreamPlus can produce an array of letterpress style creasing, micro-perforating and cutting applications at up to 18,000 sheets per hour. The CreaseStreamJunior is a table top creaser for small to medium-sized copy shops and digital printers to produce up to 4,000 creases.
