The awards, which were designed to recognise innovative Inca customers from across the globe, were judged by Fespa chief executive Nigel Steffens, Prism's Peter Kiddell and John Charnock from PR-INT.
Among the work produced was 3D point-of-sale, interior décor, wood-effect furniture and urban art using materials such as MDF, acrylic and plywood.
Winners on the night were Daelprinting from Belgium, Mills Styrox, from Australia, US-based Visual Marketing Systems and America Digitaal Druk, of the Netherlands.
Linda Bell, chief executive of Inca Digital, said: "We are delighted by the number and quality of entries that showed the considerable potential for digital print."
