In addition to the L65500, HP is also set to showcase the Scitex FB950 and Scitex XP2750 digital printers at the show, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on 28-30 April.
The Designjet L65500 is HP's first wide-format machine to use Latex Inks in operation. These inks are claimed to help reduce environmental impact while offering print speeds of up to 70sqm for outdoor applications and 35sqm for indoor.
HP will also be exhibiting the Scitex FB950 printer, a 2.5m UV printer designed for the printing of point-of-sale and point-of-purchase applications. It can output on a range of flexible and rigid media and print at speeds of 80sqm in billboard operation.
The third debut will be that of the 3.2m wide-format Scitex XP2750 printer, which offers a new integrated flatbed module and print resolutions of up to 635x800dpi on flexible and rigid media.
In addition to the UK product launches, HP will exhibit its entry-level 1.3m Designjet H45500 and Designjet Z6100, available in 42in and 60in models, designed for indoor and short-term outdoor banners and large-format applications.
