The company also said it hoped its bolstered presence in the country would experience similar growth to its recent expansion in India within the year.
Tony Massey, HH sales and marketing director, said: "We have of course had a global downturn, and things have shrunk, but we are well out of that now.
"Many of our clients are back spending money and want to put larger spends into different channels, which challenge our business models."
While the company has historically been solely a print management firm, Massey said it was now all about expanding out to support clients by adding to its offering.
He said: "Our international models are doing very well, and this is the next step to ramp things up further and expand our portfolio. We want to provide more of the natural services from a production side."
He added that HH France would offer studio services, technology development, technical support, marketing resources support and print management.
"There are opportunities here for HH to break away from just print management and shift upstream to get closer to clients.
Massey said the UK market had had these operations for a while, and that HH was still looking to expand globally in the sector.
